My trip to Pittsburgh was really a blast from the past…I took Jim & Mara’s engagement pictures! Jim and Mara are dear friends of my older brother, Rick, and have been together for 10 years! That would put me in middle school when I first met them! Haha. During the engagement shoot, I kept saying—“I can’t believe you guys are getting married and that I get to be your wedding photographer!” I can’t help but smile when I think of Jim and Mara together. It’s like a watching a romantic movie and they end up together in the end. Jim and Mara—I love you two. I really treasure the fact that you treated me as a little sister when you were around my house. You always talked to me and included me in your fun. I am so excited for you and your future together. The world just would not be right if you two weren’t together.

Funny side-note: Jim, Mara, Rick, my little brother, and  I all worked at the same golf club during high school.
