Congratulations!!! Shannon, Shannon’s mom, Shannon’s mom’s boyfriend, Shannon’s boyfriend, and Shannon’s boyfriend’s mom (hahaha) ALL met me in a coffee shop in the Northside of Pittsburgh for her senior model shots. It was so much fun to have everybody there showing their support and pride for Shannon.
Shannon and I go WAY back. When I was a high school youth leader at my church in Pittsburgh, Pa, our youth group went to Surf City, a youth camp on Lake Michigan. Surf City was a magical place: worshipping Jesus, summertime, beach games, junk food, camping, and late night girl talk under the glow of flashlights. In my last year at Surf City, Shannon was a middle school girl in my cabin. I cannot believe I just took her senior photos! Crazy!
